K-3 Explorers
Children in kindergarten through 3rd grade will spend each day exploring multiple areas of interest as they experience many of our most popular offerings. Activities include: visual arts (drawing, painting, sculpture, animation), gym sports, creative drama, music & movement, circus arts, and cooking.
Quick Notes:
- All participants will be required to show proof of full vaccination against COVID 19 prior to the start of camp.
- Students will be grouped by grade.
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Location: P.S. 340 – 64 West 17th Street, New York, NY 10011
Dates: Monday, April 18th – Friday, April 22nd
Schedule: Camp day runs from 8:30am to 3:00pm.*
*After care is available from 3:00pm to 5:30pm for an extra fee.
Filmmaking Intensive (2nd-8th Grades)
In this immersion workshop, each small group of students will work together as a production company to create, write, shoot, edit, and present an original short film over the course of a single week.
Day 1:
Pre-production: Story generation, scripting, storyboarding, and introduction to cinematography
Day 2:
Production: Begin principal photography
Day 3:
Production: Principal photography and B-roll
Day 4:
Post-production: Picture Editing
Day 4:
Post-production: Music, sound design, and visual effects
3:00pm Screening
